Managing Change Paper Part II.

 

Instructions:

 

Using Walmart as the organization, prepare a 1,200-word paper defining and explaining the

importance of understanding shared vision and organizational culture in the context of change for your selected organization.

Examine modeling as a facilitator of change and explain the three models of change that were discussed for this week.

 

 

Power Point requirement;

 

Prepare 6-slide Microsoft® PowerPoint® presentation including

 

speaker’s notes on each slide illustrating your Managing Change Paper Part.

 

 

Additional Requirements;

 

Provide at least 3 References

 

Paper must be done in APE Format

 

Due date will be on 10 January 2016 not later than 2pm EST ( Apr ox 68 hrs from now )
