Revision policy
It is only natural that, sometimes, a customer may not be entirely satisfied with the completed paper we deliver and thus request for a revision. Due to our commitment to provide our clients with high quality academic help, we are always open to revising your paper if there are any issues with its quality. Our writers will revise your completed order according to your concerns free of charge provided you fulfil our main terms below:

INSTRUCTIONS: Your revision instructions should not conflict with your original directions. Any alteration to the origin instructions will warrant an extension of revision deadline as well as extra fee on your part.

SUBMISSION: Your revision request should be submitted through the revision button at your personal order page.

DDEADLINE: A request for revision can be made at any time prior to approving your order. However, you will have a 7 days window after initially approving the order to make a revision request.

Please also note that you will be required to pay extra for a revision request made 7 days after initial approval of the completed order. Get in touch with our operators regarding estimate of the extra fee.

Progressive delivery orders (i.e. Dissertation papers or full Thesis) have a 21 days revision deadline after initial approval. Kindly note that were reserve the right to extend the deadline for any revision at the writer’s request, when the initial time frame of the order allow for such extension.

When requesting for your revision to be worked on by a different writer, please keep in mind that it often takes more time to find another writer, thus adjust the revision deadline accordingly. We advise you provide an additional 12 hours for the new writer so as to get quality work.

Your revision will be absolutely free when the revision instructions match the original order instructions, and you meet provided deadline for revision request.
