The writer can add to what I started. I need 3 additional page to what I already wrote, therefore it will be a 3 pages in a half including what I already wrote. I need the writer to summarize the rest of the 4 chapters in which I did some summarizing of the chapters 1 and 2. the writer needs to add a few sentences to complete what the summation of the 2 chapters. After, I need the writer to add a hypothetical scenario in an employment setting, where permanent white water can cause dysfunction and how the authors idea of continuous learning through embodying his theory of “learning as a way of being” can be effective in diminishing the dysfunction that white water can cause. Then for chapters 3 and 4 follow the same idea as I stated for chapters 1 and 2 by summarizing chapters 3 and 4 briefly and give an example of how the theory can be applied in a real life employment exam
