Primary Source Analysis HIST 2111 This is an assignment that will constitute 10% of your final grade, and demonstrate your ability to understand what a primary source is, how to analyze a primary source, and to clearly state and explain your interpretation(s) in a written format. A primary source is a document or physical object which was written or created during the time under study. These sources were present during an experience or time period and offer an inside view of a particular event or facet of life.
